~TAKE A POWER NAP~
TAKE A POWER NAP
Stop running yourself ragged. It will not do you any good if you are
always tired. You'll start to lose focus on things. You will start to
get irritated easily. You will also find yourself taking things out on
the people who are close to you and if you let this continue it will
effect how you interact with people and any negativity that people feel
will make them feel uncomfortable.
All of this can and will
happen when you don't get your proper rest. Even if all you have is time
for a power nap, rest will bring rejuvenation, relaxation, a more
positive attitude and an all around new, refresher you.
EXCUSES * EXCUSES * EXCUSES
via Encouragement, Inspiration and Words of Wisdom~
EXCUSES * EXCUSES * EXCUSES
Day in and day out, week in and week out, month in and month out you keep doing everything except what you need to be doing. You need to write that book, start that business, clean that office, make those phone calls and put things in order. When you first said it, it was ok, then after the 2nd, 3rd and 4th time it started to turn into excuses.
You know you have the power and the ability to get it done. Stop talking yourself out of doing it. Stop saying it's too hard, it will take too long or I don't have enough resources.

REFLECTION...
"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about the future, or not to anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly." — Buddha

Enlightenment!
There
are only two symptoms of enlightenment, just two indications that a
transformation is taking place within you toward a higher consciousness.
The first symptom is that you stop worrying. Things don't bother you
anymore. You become light-hearted and full of joy. The second symptom is
that you encounter more and more meaningful coincidences in your life,
more and more synchronicities. And this accelerates to the point where
you actually experience the miraculous. (quoted by Carol Lynn Pearson in
Consider the Butterfly)”
― Deepak Chopra, Synchrodestiny
