PROTEIN...

Protein is very important part of your diet . It is generally agreed that you need around 0.4grams of protein per pound of body weight, so if you weigh 180 pounds then you need about 72 grams of protein a day . Whey protein is a good source of lean protein, 1 scoop typically contains about 20 grams of protein. One average sized chicken breast also contains about 20 grams of protein. You can get alot of your protein from a well balanced diet, foods high in protein include Meats , Eggs , fish, milk , nuts , beans & lentils.
It has been scientifically proven that the body actually burns more calories digesting protein . That protein builds lean muscle and in turn larger muscles increase metabolism and burn more fat. Protein is the building blocks of all muscle and also also aids the metabolism in the burning of fat stored inside the muscles .
